loop in Zigbee App

Hello, 

i just installed a zigbee product (CCTFR6700) and now i have a loop in the zigbee module. 
It's impossible to make anything. how can i erase the cache in the Logic machine

There is no such thing like cache in LM. Do you want to perform factory reset?

i just want to delete l-the last product in the zigbee module if it's possible.
or delete all the zigbee product. 
when i uninstall et reinstall the zigbee app the product stay in the app.

Why don't you just delete the device from the app?

i don't have the access of the app. I don't know why but when i open the appI have a circle in the middle of the app that loops around.
and it's impossible to do anything about it.

Open error console in your browser (F12) and post what you get there.

Which browser are you using? Try a different one. The errors that you have provided are coming from some browser extension.
