Sorry, timer contdown. For example, there will be field for time input( minutes ), and data in this field should decrease up to zerro

Ok.
1.User defines ( inputs ) the time interval ( in minutes) .
2.He pushes button start - the time on the indicator starts to decrease.
3. when the counter reaches zero the output will work
