Can't enable RTU 3 Port | Error: RTU (serial) is not enabled
#1
Hello Guys,

I have an LM5p2-KC with 20240426 firmware version (LM5 Lite + Ext (i.MX6)) in witch I can't enable RTU 3 Port.
I go to RTU Settings and I check the box that says "RTU 3 - RTU (serial) enabled:" but when I save that settings and I go again to RTU Settings, the box remain unchecked. I have tried several times but it's always happening the same thing.
After that if I try to add a Modbus device in RTU 3 Port I get an error that says "RTU (serial) is not enabled".

I'm attaching some print screens here.

Can you help me with this?

Thank you.

See if RS485-3 is listed in System config > Status > System status > Serial ports

Check this: https://forum.logicmachine.net/showthread.php?tid=5907

No, it's not. But I already have used this RTU 3 Port of this specific LM in the past and with this firmware version.

What can I do?
