Visu bugs

Good morning Team,
I have a problem in custom widget. I have created custom widget, enabled 'compact mode' and setting as picture attached. But I'll guest to seen a widget with inside the name 'PANNELLI TERMICI' but as you can seen Visu shows 'Custom widget'. Where am I wrong?

Yes, this is a bug. I would never think of using default text without the object.

Hi Daniel,

I installed latest version for testing - visu20251110-2. And I see problem - I lost background picture for custom widgets - just black background. For simply widgets background picture is ok - no any changes.

But at site already installed sw 20250813. Maybe problem because of it?

Hi, when I use the thermostat widget on a mobile device, it closes automatically when I tap it, forcing me to reopen it to raise or lower the temperature by one degree. This happens on both an Android tablet and an iPhone. It works correctly on a computer.

Hi, A customer of mine is reporting that he can't see images from either the LM Home app or the website https://remote.logicmachine.net, as shown in the screenshot.

He has an Android smartphone and a Mac.

I've tried using my phone (samsung) and my PC (win11) on my LAN, and everything works fine.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Perfect, just a suggestion: could you make the different sub categories more distinct from one another? The current logic feels a bit unclear.

Hi,
In an LM5 HTML widget I use:
<img src="/apps/data/visu/images/057cd0e6-005c-4382-b8e4-2db8e9492b31.png">
The image shows correctly when accessing LM5 locally, but does not appear via cloud access.
Is there any restriction or different path required for images when using LM5 cloud?

This is like a Frame, if source is local then it will be only available locally. Use cloud based image if you want it to be visible in both places.

Hi,
I built a table using a HTML widget (HTML + CSS). It looks correct locally, but via the LM cloud the values become misaligned (see screenshots).
The values are displayed using Numeric Value Display widgets.
