REACTOR response ping on Network problem
#1
Good morning

I have several questions. If I have a reactor with firmware version 20240426, which I use the old display, I'm having a problem with the LM not being seen by the PCs on the network, while the panels see it correctly. Can I try updating to the latest version to see if the problem persists? Will the program remain on the old display?
I received an email from Zerotier that they'll be releasing a new version. I hope the old one stays, since the new free version only has 10 devices; otherwise, it's up to 100, which will be expensive. I use 21 devices on the VPN. Do you have any news on this?

Thank you very much. Sorry if I took the opportunity to ask several questions.

If a display still has acces but not PC then it must be some networrk problem, talk to IT maybe something is restricted somwhere. Firmware upgrade will not change anything.
Zerotier - as I understand the account created before the limit will stay as before but it is just my assumption. A work around is to have more accounts Smile but I agree they went crazy with the new pricing.
PS. Next time structure your questions in poins Smile

It could be a LM configuration problem. The panels are reachable from the PC. The reactor is NOT is on the same VLAN.
What should I check?

Thank's

I have zero knowledge about your network setup. You can try connecting pc instead of the panel with same setup to see.
