Issues creating virtual addresses

Dear all,
I have created a script to automate the creation of the virtual addresses using a csv file but cannot create any addresses with the command grp.create.

For example, if you try this, the address is not created and no information is shown in the logs.

grp.create('32/6/99', dt.bool)

Can you let me know why this is happening?

I am launching this from an event-based script with the admin user.
