This is an issue caused by Apps server upgrade. You need to install this fix through Utilities -> Install updates, then reinstall Mosaic and it will work:
https://dl.openrb.com/lmup/2017.05.29-apps-install.lmup

You can also install RC3 or later where this bug is fixed.

This patch will not work on LB, it's only meant for standard LMs. It just installs an updated package, but it won't do anything on devices with different CPU. I suppose your LB may have a hardware issue with on-board flash.

So what should I do? Normally everything is good, I don't see any other problem, only with RC3 and this little patch. This device has around 1,5 years so it shouldn't has such problems.

This is not working on LM4 RC3. I've installed patch, delete Mosaic and then installed mosaic again and nothing.

I just tried on LM Ambient with latest fw Version: 20170601, upgraded Mosaic to version: 20170602 and it works fine.  Don't know what to suggest. Clear browser cache Smile

Hi, before I saw this post, I saw the new mosaic update so I proceed on the update without removing the app first as Edgars indicates.
Anyway, after it finished, I logged in the mosaic again and I had to re-enter my credentials, so I did as well as a sync.

So far the results is that I have stopped getting the error logs in LM, and I will try also later to send some commands through Alexa to see if they are going to work (randomly sometimes was working and sometimes it wasn't with the previous mosaic version) and report back.

Thanks

In case you have old Mosaic cloud installed via file. Delete it as then both tries to connect to cloud Smile
