ETS Individual address check

LM doesn't reply to ETS5 "check individual address" request (which is probably KNX ping).
Can I create a script which replies to "Check Existence" ETS button?

LM does not handle any communication internally apart from group telegrams, so this is not possible.

But what I need is knxlib.pong() triggered by knxlib.ping('1.0.157') from another LM. I know I can do it by group object but I think it would be nice if LM replies to a standard KNX ping command like other PLCs do.
