schneider wiser/spacelynk issues

it is the second schneider that behaves in the same way: 
I cannot restore any backups, it does not accept any changes to the project (after a while it returns as before), it does not allow me to reset to factory conditions nor firmware update. Both machines have been working for 4/5 years in different places with different customers. Is it a memory problem? Are they to be replaced?

Hi,

Sounds like your SD card is switched to read-only. Your SD card probably needs to be replaced.
