Hello!

I have problem with trends on remote cloud portal, I receive this error:
"Error: trend load failed or access denied"
I tried to update sync configuration but this issue is not solved.

Hi Dario,
Have you given the access in the user account?
If you are using the cloud, I think you must update the firmware at the last version.
