Hi,

The Modbus master device does not have a GND connection (see attachment ECP202EXP.PNG).

It's possible that INP-GND or PROBE-G can be used. Power down the unit and check resistance between INP-GND and PROBE-G. Most likely inputs are not isolated and resistance should be close to 0. Then check the resistance between RS485-A and INP-GND / RS485-B and INP-GND. Report the values that you get.

See the attached profile. It's not tested so some modifications might be needed. Use Modbus profiler app for this: https://forum.logicmachine.net/showthread.php?tid=5911

Good afternoon,

I'm having some trouble with the Modbus Profiler because I'm not getting Modbus data from some CIRCUTOR counters that I have connected to Logic Machine 5 via gateways. I've attached photos of the counter models, gateway, mapping, variables, profiles, etc.

As you can see, both the Modbus TCP gateway and the counter are from the CIRCUTOR brand. I created a profile to extract the data from the counter for active power and total energy measured by the counter, but for some reason it doesn't write to objects 1/2/4. I don't know if you see anything strange in the profile creation in the Modbus Profiler. Thank you very much.

Use Read test to check if you have communication and if your profile settings are correct.
