ZigBee Functionality Lost - LM5

Hello.

Device: LM5P2-KCDZ

Issue: zigbee functionality lost after power reset.

Zigbee debug logging enabled, but log is empty.

Indicator in zigbee app web interface blinks with red.

Status led on zigbee PCB under LM5 cover is steady red.

Zigbee USB dongle connected again

Hi,

for some tests I connected back to LM USB Zigbee stick E18-2G4U04B to LM USB port. Zigbee config I switched to USB. But not working, at used ports USB stick not seen. Do I need to do some usb port setting/reinitialization? Previously modem was connected to USB port. Will it work with latest FW of LM? Actively stick was used ~ 4 years ago. Can I also use USB HUB?

I have LM Reactor IO V2, fw 20251204 and addresses are not automatically created in the Object List, if I import the project, everything is OK, but new addresses that communicate on the bus are not automatically created. What about that?

I have a reactor that has slowed down significantly. It's been running for about 4 years. Is it a good idea to change the SD card every now and then? If so, how do I take a card image? Do you have pre-made card images?

Fallo recuperacion Backup

Buenos días,
Tenemos un problema con la restauración de backups en LogicMachine.
Se nos ha averiado un equipo LM5 Lite (LM5Lp2) y, mientras lo enviamos a reparación, hemos instalado una unidad nueva del mismo modelo.
Firmware actual del equipo nuevo: 2025.12.04
El backup fue realizado en un equipo con la misma versión de firmware.
Al intentar restaurar los backups completos, ninguno de ellos carga correctamente el sistema:

No aparecen datos en visualización
No se cargan scripts, horarios ni tendencias
Tampoco se restauran los objetos KNX

Además, al intentar restaurar backups parciales de visualización, el sistema devuelve error de "backup inválido".
Únicamente ha sido posible restaurar correctamente el backup que contiene solo scripts.
¿Es posible que exista alguna limitación o incompatibilidad al restaurar backups completos entre dispositivos distintos, aunque sean del mismo modelo y versión?
Agradeceríamos indicaciones sobre el procedimiento correcto para migrar la configuración a un nuevo equipo.

Improper hardware power supply

Last week, while working very quickly, I accidentally supplied a logic machine with more voltage than it should have.

Is it possible that the printed circuit board has a Zener diode or something similar that protects against overvoltages?

So that replacing it will make it work again?

Recently updated LM4 to SQ20240426 and the system became noticeably laggy and almost UNUSABLE.
KNX event-based scripts execute with several seconds delay.

Version: 20240426
CPU/IO: 0.28 0.45 0.64
Memory: 35%
KNX/TP: OK

CPU sometimes peaks to 1.5 without visible load.

There are 2 Modbus devices configured.
Polling was 10s, now increased to 45s, but lag still present.
Stopping several Lua scripts did not change behaviour.

Previous firmware worked perfectly on the same hardware.

Is there any known issue with KNX stack, scheduler or IO handling in SQ20240426?

Any ideas what to do?

i get the message "ERR_SSL_SERVER_CERT_BAD_FORMAT"

after installing there was a message about using https .

I'm using a couple of "Schneider Wiser for KNX" controllers, which I know lack several firmware updates when compared to LM5 controllers.
I could not find any info wether or not the fimware of Wiser for KNX will be updated in a near future, or even if new HW versions are coming to the market.
Can admins from logicmachine confirm if something is moving to update the Schneider products or if they will no more be updated ?

zigbee rs232 coordinator error

I've got a problem with a zigbee rs232 coordinator not coming up, worked without problems till today.

Restarted the logicmachine, checked connections and reset power to zigbee rs232 coordinator but with no result.

LM4 unable to restore, Help!

I have a LM4 with relative old firemware, I belive it's 2018 or even older, I have never tried to upgrade it before. It has been working perfectly fine for years until recently. I wasn't able to login with IP.
The error reads:
"Lua error /www/apps/index.lp:53: '=' expected near '}'
and ping to it's IP is intermitent.
So, I pull out the SD card, and replaced it with a new one, using this guide: (https://kb.logicmachine.net/misc/reflash...ng-player/) to flash the recovery img and then upgrade to the latest 202404 firmware. And according to this thread (https://forum.logicmachine.net/showthrea...hlight=LM4), I copied all of the folders/files in the 3rd partition from the corrpted SD card and pasted into the new SD card (using a ubuntu system using the cmd: sudo cp -r -p * /path) , hope it will restore the service back to normal.
But...... I ended up with a new system, all of the scripts are gone, I can only find some images in there, no scripts, nothing.
I have also tried to copy all of the files/folders from the 2nd partition from the corrped SD card to the new one, but then I ended up got the same error when trying to access it using IP.

BTW, I was able to make a full backup using USB image tool from the corrpted SD card, but I figured it might ends up with the same results as above. because I appears that the system file was corrped.

System Start every 30-40min

Hi,

My HomeLYnk restarts every 30 to 40 minutes.

It runs the firmware 3.0.0 ( ARMv7 Processor rev 5 (v7l) ). I have a lot of trends.

I see here: out of memory do an automatic restarts.

what I have to look/check? What can cause out of memory issue?

I also get for all trends this message in the log error: Trend #147 (trend_name) not found, creating new trend log file

And idea what is the problem?
