Se nos ha averiado un equipo LM5 Lite (LM5Lp2) y, mientras lo enviamos a reparación, hemos instalado una unidad nueva del mismo modelo.
Firmware actual del equipo nuevo: 2025.12.04
El backup fue realizado en un equipo con la misma versión de firmware.
Al intentar restaurar los backups completos, ninguno de ellos carga correctamente el sistema:
  • No aparecen datos en visualización
  • No se cargan scripts, horarios ni tendencias
  • Tampoco se restauran los objetos KNX
Además, al intentar restaurar backups parciales de visualización, el sistema devuelve error de "backup inválido".
Únicamente ha sido posible restaurar correctamente el backup que contiene solo scripts.
¿Es posible que exista alguna limitación o incompatibilidad al restaurar backups completos entre dispositivos distintos, aunque sean del mismo modelo y versión?
Agradeceríamos indicaciones sobre el procedimiento correcto para migrar la configuración a un nuevo equipo.

Last week, while working very quickly, I accidentally supplied a logic machine with more voltage than it should have.

Is it possible that the printed circuit board has a Zener diode or something similar that protects against overvoltages?

So that replacing it will make it work again?

I'm using a couple of "Schneider Wiser for KNX" controllers, which I know lack several firmware updates when compared to LM5 controllers.
I could not find any info wether or not the fimware of Wiser for KNX will be updated in a near future, or even if new HW versions are coming to the market.
Can admins from logicmachine confirm if something is moving to update the Schneider products or if they will no more be updated ?

I've got a problem with a zigbee rs232 coordinator not coming up, worked without problems till today.

Restarted the logicmachine, checked connections and reset power to zigbee rs232 coordinator but with no result.

But...... I ended up with a new system, all of the scripts are gone, I can only find some images in there, no scripts, nothing. 
I have also tried to copy all of the files/folders from the 2nd partition from the corrped SD card to the new one, but then I ended up got the same error when trying to access it using IP.

is there any limitation of the number of clients that can simultaneously connect via browser or app to one LM5? Because I have an installation where I maybe need to gave access to the server to multiple people and it's possible that they connect almost all at once (let's say 12 to 20 connections).
